Ranking them based on factors such as the popularity of their beauty routine videos, global search volume, and their wider impact on the beauty industry through the skincare and beauty lines they own or promote.

The award-winning songstress known for hits such as ‘Drivers License’ and ‘Vampire,’ is more than just a big name in the music industry. She’s also one of the most popular beauty and skincare influencers.

Olivia’s songs, songwriting and acting skills, fashion and beauty sense, and personality make her one of the top Gen Z icons. She is also known for her stripped-back makeup aesthetics and clear complexion.

In 2021, Olivia launched a Vogue Beauty Secrets video titled ‘Olivia Rodrigo’s Guide to Effortless Skin-Care and Makeup’. To date, it has gained over 17.3 million (17,364,055) views and gets 5.78 million views each year on average.

This video also garners over 200,000 likes each year on average, which is one of the highest out of all the celebrity skinfluencer-generated content analysed.

Olivia is also Glossier’s celebrity beauty and skincare ambassador. She is the brand’s first endorser since its launch in 2014 and has collaborated with them on some of their most popular collections.

Olivia Rodrigo scored 232 out of 260 on our index, making her the fifth biggest celebrity skinfluencer in the world.

The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Kylie grew up watching her sisters trial the lateset skincare and beauty advances; from Kim Kardashian’s ‘Vampire Facial’ (aka PRP injections) to Khloe Kardashian’s love for CoolSculpting, Kylie has certainly become a beauty treatment expert!

Her 2018 Vogue Beauty Secrets YouTube video, ‘Kylie Jenner’s Guide to Lips, Brows, Confidence’, has both the highest number of views at nearly 45 million (44,814,600) and the highest number of annual views, which is almost 7.5 million views per year (currently at 7,469,100).

This video was so popular Vogue invited her back last year to create a video about her updated beauty routine for their channel.

Kylie is also the founder of Kylie Cosmetics, which offers cosmetics, fragrances, and baby products, and Kylie Skin, which has a selection of skincare products.She became a beauty mogul with her Kylie Lip Kits, launching them after falling back in love with her lips following lip filler.

The video has been viewed over 43 million times (43,192,031), helping cement her status as a celebrity skincare guru and beauty icon.

Rihanna is also the founder of FENTY Beauty, FENTY Skin, and FENTY Hair. Her cosmetic, skincare, and hair products and fragrances are now highly coveted around the world.

With a score of 252 out of 260, Rihanna is currently the world’s biggest celebrity skinfluencer.

With a score of 187 out of 260, Yara Shahidi is the third biggest Middle Eastern celebrity skinfluencer.

2. Mona Kattan

Our findings have revealed that Mona Kattan is the second biggest Middle Eastern celebrity skinfluencer, scoring 209 out of 260.

Her beautiful complexion is boosted by treatments such as Hydrafacials, loved by fellow celebrities such as JLo and Beyoncé.

In 2023, Mona was featured on the Sephora Squad YouTube series, sharing her wisdom to Middle Eastern beauty enthusiasts. With the video gaining an astonishing 1,080,038 views in 12 months! The highest number of views per year out of all of our Middle Eastern skinfluencers.

Mona also scored highly for her beauty legacy as co-founder of make-up empire Huda Beauty.

One of the beauty industry’s biggest names, Huda Kattan revolutionized the make up scene with the launch of Huda Beauty, alongside her sister Mona.

It’s clear that beauty fans are constantly looking to Huda for advice. With 53,000 searches a month for the makeup mogul on average.

Her viral beauty video ‘How to do full glam… on a plane!’ has a staggering 6,435,000 YouTube views. Gaining around 1,072,000 extra views per year on average.

As mentioned, Olivia Rodrigo’s Guide to Effortless Skin-Care and Makeup was released on Vogue Beauty Secrets’ YouTube channel in 2021 and since then, has gained over 17.3 million views. It also gets 5.78 million views on average each year.

Her routine includes using gua sha, a technique rooted in traditional Chinese medicine that helps reduce wrinkles and puffiness and tightens and lifts skin. Olivia is also particular about taking care of her lips, which she mentions chap frequently. She counters this by using a lip scrub and balm.

4. Priyanka Chopra

The Indian actress has been considered one of the most beautiful faces in the world ever, especially since winning the Miss World 2000 pageant. • Number of likes on YouTube’s Vogue Beauty Secrets (per year)
• Skincare legacy score, or how much of a lasting legacy each celebrity has made in the beauty industry, i.e. founding a company, launching a collaboration project, being a beauty brand ambassador, etc.
• Trending score, which is based on the global monthly search volume
