Dr. Maxine Fernandes

About Me

I’m Dr. Maxine Fernandes, a full-time aesthetic doctor with seven years of experience in general medicine and five years specializing in aesthetic medicine. I hold a Professional Diploma in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland, and a Master’s Course in Facial Aesthetics from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Additionally, I have two postgraduate diplomas in aesthetic medicine: an Advanced Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the Foundation for Professional Development and a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

I founded my own aesthetic and medical clinic in South Africa, called Emporiderm, and now practice full-time in Dubai. I am also an Assistant Faculty member for the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, training fellow doctors in advanced aesthetic procedures.

My practice covers a broad range of aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin, fillers, skin and laser treatments, and more. I am meticulous and passionate about my work, committed to delivering exceptional patient care and natural-looking results. I take pride in building close relationships with my patients and providing a welcoming, empowering experience.
